PS3838 is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PS3838 platform, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the website at ps3838.cam ("the Platform"). Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The Company strictly prohibits the creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting"). Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold Balances, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings accumulated across those Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify PS3838's customer support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. PS3838 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Any material change to your personal details — including name, address, date of birth, or payment method — must be reported to PS3838 support promptly. The Company reserves the right to suspend an Account pending verification of updated personal information.
All Accounts on the PS3838 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless the Player opts for cryptocurrency transactions (BTC or USDT), which are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
PS3838 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which process transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. The maximum deposit limit per transaction may vary by payment method and player tier.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Company reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources and to reverse such transactions. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantaneously; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to availability and technical compatibility. In cases where this is not possible, the Company will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified MYR payment method registered to the Player's Account.
These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any Account, or at any time the Company has reasonable grounds to do so, PS3838 may request identity and payment verification documentation including, but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and evidence of the Player's registered payment method.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of the withdrawal request. The Company is not liable for any delays arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP). Players in higher loyalty tiers benefit from increased daily withdrawal limits. Full details of tier-specific withdrawal limits are available in the Loyalty Programme terms.
Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal requests where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All bets placed and games participated in on the PS3838 Platform are subject to the sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to that event or product. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and constitute additional terms to this agreement.
PS3838 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet where: (a) the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled or abandoned; (b) there is clear evidence of a technical error in the published odds; (c) the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised; or (d) the bet was placed after the event or outcome was determined ("late betting").
In the event of a manifest pricing error (including incorrect odds published due to technical fault), PS3838 reserves the right to void all affected bets regardless of their settlement status. Palpable errors ("palps") will be corrected and bets voided even if the relevant event has already concluded.
Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency considerations. Bets submitted during periods of telecommunications delay may be declined or voided by the Company at its discretion. The displayed odds at the time a bet is confirmed represent the binding price for that wager.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, game content, and other materials on the PS3838 Platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the Company's express prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of PS3838's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PS3838 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game outcomes attributable to technical faults.
PS3838 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
In no event shall PS3838's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
PS3838 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or fraudulent information; (c) engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10; or (d) posed a risk of harm to the Company, other players, or third parties.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting PS3838 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining verified Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
PS3838 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of PS3838 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which the Company is duly registered and licenced to operate. In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through PS3838's internal complaints procedure.
To raise a formal complaint, Players should contact PS3838 customer support in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". The Company aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified in the Company's licensing conditions. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.
